I would like to say Thank You to my waitress, Ms. Monica Jackson. She is always in a HAPPY mood and always very attentive to her customers. I would also like to give kudos to the Manager Mr. Gilbert, he is always walking around and checking on the customers. It's always a pleasure coming in and seeing these 2 people, especially Ms. Monica. Thank You for still being one of the few locations that is still open. Oh yeah the food is still awesome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our waiter was great. The biscuits were good. The food just wasn't good at all. We waited over an hour for our food. They were not busy at all. Once three of got our plate they forgot my friends and she had to wait even longer. The food just wasn't good and wasn't worth waiting on. It gets two stars because our waiter and biscuits were good. It was my first and last time there. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Our waitress, Sharifa Rucks was wonderful! She was very attentive and brought out our food which was piping hot. She was very friendly and personable. We will definitely return to this red lobster when we are in Monroe. I highly recommend this location to other customers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
