I recently visited Red Mango at House of Fashion, Borella, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First of all, the cleanliness of the restaurant was very poor. The place did not look properly maintained, and there was a very unpleasant smell inside the restaurant, which immediately made the environment uncomfortable. A restaurant should always maintain good hygiene and a fresh atmosphere, but sadly that was not the case during my visit. The food quality was also not good. It did not taste fresh and was far below the standard I expected from a place located in such a popular shopping area. When people go out to eat, they expect good taste, proper hygiene, and a pleasant dining environment. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with this visit. I hope the management will seriously look into improving their cleanliness, food quality, and overall customer experience, because right now it does not meet acceptable standards. Poor service given by the girls working front counter after ordering a fresh juice and waited for 10 mins went back and asks why its getting late they forgot that i asked for a juice and wondering. Its ok mistakes can happen only thing is they had like 3 to 4 customers to serve Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
