Wow didn't know that there was a a large function room in the back. Great location and parking next to the station. There's an outdoor area for smokers or for some fresh air. The food was finger food which was just the right amount and not wasted. The staff came around regularly to clear glasses etc. Overall a great venue. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I physically visited Red Olive on 10 Dec 2022 to make a booking for 12 ppl for lunch on 27 Dec at 12:30pm. The woman behind the counter confirmed that the restaurant would be open on the 27th, took my husband’s name and number as the booking record, and said “see you then”. We heard nothing from Red Olive since then. On 26th Dec, we called the restaurant but no answer. During the morning of the 27th, we called twice and the second time we left a message requesting them to confirm our reservation. We still heard nothing. We checked Red Olive’s website which indicated that they were open for business at 11am. At 12:15pm we arrived at Red Olive and only to find out the restaurant was closed. It’s a 12-ppl booking during Christmas holidays. The least Red Olive could have done was to call us perhaps even a day in advance to let us know that they’ve changed their mind about opening on the 27th. Instead, we were totally caught off guard! This is no way of running a business. Credibility is what Red Olive doesn’t have. Will never go back there again. Meal type: Lunch
