I literally picked my hotel in town because it was close to a Red Pepper and I knew I'd be eating there at least once. I decided to pick up an order on my way to work. So I placed my order almost 45 minutes in advance. 20 minutes later, the app said it was probably ready. 25 minutes later when I got there, they hadn't even started it. Which then made me late for work. I did my part planning ahead and gave you more than enough time to get my order ready because I understood it was lunchtime. In fact, just 1 minute ago I got a message from you my order is ready. A hour and a half later. If you cannot handle online orders then you should consider not offering that service. Or turn it off when you are busy. Ultimately my biggest disappointment was when I did get to work (late) and open up my sandwich... to my surprise, I apparently had to ASK for taco meat on a GRINDER??? It is literally what you are known for. Just a suggestion, but maybe have the option to REMOVE the taco meat from the grinder I'm expecting. Now I just have a cold ham sandwich (not what ANYONE in this state would call a grinder) that is quite honestly is not very good. Beyond disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

I’ve loved this place my whole life but today when the other make station cook (I pressumed new employee, he looked 14 or 15) said he could help me, I got a bit nervous about how the food would be prepared. I wanted the veteran cook to help me out with my order but he was finishing up with another customer’s grinders. It’s a common experience here where if someone’s new, they don’t seem to get the portioning of meat or cheese correct to what people may expect. This time it was the meat or lack there of. He was very helpful and attentive. The cheese was enough but the beef is almost nonexistent. These things hardly passed for taquitos. I will be back but maybe I’ll hang behind a minute and let the older, more experienced people help me with my classic 3 taco order. Oof, that was a lot to taco‘bout. #RedPepper4Life!!! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The servers are very nice and attentive. Food is really good, now I'm from Texas so I'm picky about my Mexican food. Not bad in a pinch. It's small place to eat but not to loud. Meal type: Lunch
