Very disappointing experience. We were seated and our server only checked on us once after the food arrived. Red Robin advertises bottomless fries and drinks, but we were never offered a refill on either, nor did anyone ask if we wanted more. What really stood out was when I ordered an extra hamburger patty with cheese. The waitress asked if I wanted to make it a kids’ meal, and I explained that my daughter doesn’t eat that much, so no. After that, she just stared at me blankly and the interaction felt awkward and unfriendly. The lack of service, attention, and basic hospitality made for a poor dining experience. Unfortunately, there was no reason to leave a tip based on the service we received. Service: 1

I ordered a Haystack burger and shrimp & chip appetizer for pickup from their app. Very impressed that everything kept well in the takeout containers The burger was juicy and flavorful and the crispy onions gave it a smashburger mouthfeel that was enjoyable. The broccoli was a bit dry but probably would be great with a cheese sauce. Shrimp was nice and crunchy even after being in the box. The chips also stayed crisp with the exception of one or two soggier ones Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
