Went to this location as its been quite the long process to get the renovations done, they have not been completed so i ordered some take out, i ordered a basket of fries and when i received them they were ice cold and undercooked, no ketchup was given even though i asked for some, felt not wanted and not appreciated of going there. it will take a lot for me to go back to this restaurant chain. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20

Hi Phil, concerned to hear this - as you mentioned due to ongoing maintenance our Kamloops location has been closed for dine-in for several months and also has been fully shut down with no take-out or delivery available since early December. When you get a chance, please reach us via the form at tinyurl.com/redrobincanadawith more information including when you visited. Thank you.

This restaurant did lunch for my kids school. Kids were served - tiny bun and plain burnt hamburger patty, cup of salted chips (out of a bag) and to be exact, 4 segments of canned mandarin. Will never buy school lunch from this place again, or even consider eating there. Shame! Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20
