Slow service, seated in the bar the table was not cleared or wiped down prior to seating. the waitress took our order she was the most unfriendly waiter ive ever had in the establishment (Liyana). after the meal we waited for service to get a to go box, i think they were all in the back, as no one was getting service in the bar area. when we finally got a to go box it was like she couldn't be bothered. i asked to use my rewards and then she had to get to equipment as we discussed the rewards before eating. after this experience we will not ever eat in the bar again as the service is horrible. My experience at Red Robin was terrible from the beginning. The atmosphere was poor and the service was even worse. To make matters worse, our food arrived cold and the sauces we requested were forgotten. When we asked the staff to correct our order, they made us pay for the food twice and even added drinks that we didn't order. The staff was uncooperative and tried to argue with us when we pointed out their mistake. In the end, we were forced to pay for items we didn't even purchase. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food was served cold and the service was extremely poor. On top of that, we were charged for items that we didn't even order. To make matters worse, the workers were incredibly rude and disrespectful. From the moment we walked in, we were met with unpleasant attitudes and a lack of attention from the staff. Our food took an unusually long time to arrive and when it did, it was not at the temperature it should have been. Despite bringing this to the attention of our server, they showed no concern or effort to rectify the issue. To add insult to injury, when we received our bill, we noticed that we were charged for items that we did not order. When we brought this up to the manager, they were dismissive and unapologetic. It was clear that they did not value their customers and were only interested in making a profit. The lack of professionalism and respect from the workers was unacceptable. It made our dining experience incredibly unpleasant and left a negative impression on our overall visit. It's a shame because the food itself had potential, but the poor service overshadowed any positives. In the future, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers and their satisfaction. It's important for businesses to understand that the way they treat their customers can make or break their reputation.
