I’d give 0 stars if I could. We went to Red Rooster Ermington last night & ordered our usual spicy burger & reds hot chicken which is usually smothered in the spicy sauce & the tenders on the spicy burger are usually coated in the spicy sauce as the pictures show on the menu. However, last night was different, we received our food & when going to eat our burger the tenders didn’t have any sauce? I lifted the tenders up & there was like 3 drops of sauce only in the middle of the bun…So we went back around the drive through to ask for more of the spicy sauce on our burgers as we usually order this & it’s not how it usually looks. The girl at the window walks off to call the manager? Not sure why? We didn’t ask for the manager? The manager comes to the window & is immediately rude, “what is the problem?” We say, there is no problem we were just wanting more of the spicy sauce as the tenders are usually coated in sauce but our burgers have a few drops of sauce? She then says “well did you look properly?” & then proceeds to open the burgers in front of us to check, which she obviously couldn’t see any sauce on the tenders? We say nothing, shocked that she’d do any of this? She then says “well next time it’ll be extra” and walks off. We say nothing still shocked but in my mind I’m thinking; Extra? We always orders this & we have never had to order extra because there is always more than enough? If I knew that you were going to put 3 drops on the bun I would of ordered extra but that’s not what we usually receive neither is it what the picture looks like that is advertised. Very disappointed… even when adding extra it was not what we usually receive & could hardly taste the sauce…. Also to add, the chicken we ordered was basically just drizzled with the sauce on top? The bottom pieces not having any sauce on them. Again they are usually coated and tossed through the sauce. (We didn’t say anything about this though) This is the only items we order from Red Rooster so if that’s what it’s like from now we would rather give it a miss…. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60
