Not one to usually leave a poor review, but treated my dad to some Red Rooster tonight only to have my order messed up consistently (thankfully prior to paying). They were frustrated about messing up my drinks a few time, which I was kind about - things happen - but when they essentially threw both bags of food at me and then the receipt when I asked, she gave me a look and slammed the window.
I hadn’t been frustrated or annoyed when any of the mistakes were made, just reminded of the order when asked. Will not be returning if this is how your customers are treated!
