The so called manager young Asian guy who was scared to tell his name was rude, doesn’t know how To talk to customers at all. Being a manager at most popular fast food restaurant I know pretty well how things work. They don’t even know how to take order from the drive thru properly. That arrogant guy was very reluctant and said It’s a franchise and I won’t share my name. Never coming here again and will ask my mates to avoid this awful store. Service: 1

Red Rooster Joondanna (around 7pm). Ordered a 6 Wings Combo (large chips and Pepsi). I started eating before I got home and the wings were cold in the middle. The chips were also not fresh. I returned to the store for a refund and instead of an apology I was met with argument and disbelief. The manager immediately denied there was an issue and started debating chip timings rather than listening to what I was saying. Customer service was poor and unnecessarily confrontational. I was only given a partial refund, despite returning the whole meal. Fast food is expensive now and this level of food quality and service is unacceptable. Red Rooster has clearly gone downhill. I won’t be returning. Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
