Poor young man with dark curly hair at the drive-through seemed to be experiencing a bad or depressing day. After I tried to help him to get their loyalty code scanner to work (which it never seems to work well) he really impressed me by remembering that the last time I had come through this drive-through, we had had the same equipment trouble. Unfortunately however, he then accused me of giving him a negative review because of that previous interaction (which I hadn't; this is the first review of Red Rooster Rouse Hill). Amazingly, despite my saying he was mistaken and that I'd never left a review, he unloaded his feelings about how my negative review affects him and his job. Poor guy didn't seem too concerned with how he was affecting the experience overall for both himself, myself and my little boy (also in the car) leading to a rather depressing and negative interaction overall. Upshot of everything, don't try and use their loyalty rewards code with their scanner as their equipment is sub par and the cord is too short to fit out the window anyway. I really hope things pick up for the poor guy, he deserves a break. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
