Stopped in with my friends during a slow hour. We each had a drink or two, and then I asked for a water and had the most disrespectful eye roll and sigh from the bartender as a response. I said that it wasn’t that serious and if it was that big of an inconvenience I didn’t need the water, and she said “k” and walked away. This was the WORST customer service I’ve ever had at a bar. Came into Madison for a bachelorette party and our first stop was the red shed. The owner Tommy and the manager Josh were behind the bar and they did a fantastic job of making drinks. Both were good looking, hilarious, and energetic. The Nerd Shots and cheese curds were delicious. Will definitely be in again if I’m ever in Madison.
