The food is good but I came from a far away for the restaurant and the employees didn’t understand English or Arabic, ordered red rice with butter chicken and surprised later he gave me white rice!!! Soo annoyed Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered through Talabat, and it took about 1 hour and 5 minutes for the food to arrive. It felt like most of the time was spent preparing the order. We ordered 6 meals in total: 2 chicken biryanis, 2 butter chicken meals with rice, an extra butter chicken, and shrimp in orange sauce with rice. The food arrived warm. Packaging was okay, but the plastic lids became soft from the heat and didn’t close securely, which wasn’t ideal. The real disappointment was the chicken. The biryani chicken was grainy, and the butter chicken pieces were hard, with the texture of frozen chicken breast rather than fresh. From my home cooking experience, it had the exact same feel. Overall, while the menu looks promising, the quality of the chicken and the lack of attention to detail left us disappointed. I truly hope the restaurant can improve both the freshness of ingredients and the packaging, as these small changes could make a big difference. Food: 2
