Went to Redcliffe RSL for a meal at lunchtime for the first time. I ordered battered fish and chips, wow what a disappointment. On the plate we're 2 skinny pieces of fish and about half a handful of chips with a pathetic excuse of salad. I thought it was a kids meal to be honest, been there once and definitely won't be back!!

I went back tonight for a meal and the draws. Much better service and my meal was great. In light of the changes I will give 5 stars and let's hope it stays that way. Thank you. I am a member and a veteran. John served me for my meal order I found him to be very condescending and paid little attention to the customers. I paid and did not even get acknowledged never lone a thank you. John your customer service is non existent. Check my other reviews I think you will find I am not a Karen just honest reviews

Go down to the RSL Redcliffe for their Thai Laksa Soup. It was as good as a Thai restaurant. Crispy fresh vegetables, a perfect tasty soup, balanced out with vermicelli noodles. I added prawns which were straight from Moreton bay. It is a spectacular RSL. The best RSL I have been to. Overlooking Redcliffe beach. There was live music playing and there is a sizeable playground for the kids. It's beautiful decor and professional waiters makes for a special occasion.
