The food was great. Can't beat a $20 steak special or $16.90 lunch and seniors menus. Desserts were yum. Service was swift, Tam and Peter were friendly and helpful. There are 4 seating options in the dining room, including booths and round tables. We were a group of 7 and the Reepham scored an average of 9.4 out of 10. Keep up the fantastic work. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–40 Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options. I recently dined at the Reepham Hotel and had a disappointing experience. I ordered two full adult meals—a steak and a schnitzel + drinks - and wanted to add a kids' meal just for the chicken nuggets, as they weren’t available as an entrée. To my surprise, I was told that this wasn’t possible because I didn’t have a child with me. Given that I had already spent a good amount on adult meals and drinks, this felt quite unreasonable. I wasn’t trying to game the system; I simply wanted a dish that wasn’t available otherwise. It’s frustrating when a restaurant prioritises rules over customer satisfaction. I hope they reconsider their policies in the future. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hi TKsorry to hear this, hopefully you did enjoy our $14.90 meals unfortunately we do usually reserve our kids meals for children 12 years and under.
