Today 19 JUNE 2026 ON friday I went to Regal Restaurant to eat. After taking the order, they brought my food after 15–20 minutes, and even then the quantity was so little that it wouldn’t even fill a child’s stomach. When I asked for water, they said it was finished and that they wouldn’t give extra because they didn’t have the budget. We don’t go there to eat for free — we pay money for our food, if they are doing like this Why should we visit again there if they doing like this . Better not to go. Order type: Dine in

As we all know this restaurant is busy and I won't deny that their food was absolutely tasty and good. that is why I keep on coming back. But I really feel unfair this time. This was not happened to me once but it's the third time I experinced this. I skipped those times cause I really understand but Like, really? Are you going to accomodate people who just came in just because they're more than 2? Then what about us who've waited for 30min so just for us to get a table so that we can eat too. I can understand and I can starve because I that's what I've craved for so literaly I can definitely wait even if it takes an hour to get an empty table for us just IF NO ONE'S GONNA ACCOMODATE THE NEW COMERS INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMER'S WHO'VE WAITED FOR LONG TIME AND HAND SINGNING ME TO WAIT WHEN THEY ACCOMODATE 3 BATCH OF CUSTOMER'S INFRONT OF US!!!! Isn't it DISRESPECTING ????what's the point of the waiting line if you'll accomodate the people who's more than 2. I CAN SUGGEST TO YOU GUYS WHO'S WORKING NIGHT SHIFT TODAY IN REGAL OLD AIRPORT PLEASE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS NOT TO COME ALONE OR JUST FOR TWO PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO ACCOMODATE THEM!!!! YOU BETTER KNOW HOW TO ACCOMODATE YOUR CUSTOMER'S FAIRLY! DON'T BE TOO HARSH TO THOSE CUSTOMER'S WHO'S WAITING FAIRLY JUST TO EAT THERE!!!!!! I'M BADLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
