Awful!! We have used regency since october, it was perfect food with not long waiting delivery timings at first. It started becoming longer waiting times and the food that was coming was rapidly losing its high standards!! Family visited so we ordered food, originally we ordered online for it to be delivered but then we decided that i would collect it so my husband rang the shop straight away and got it changed no problem..... Myself and my 15year old niece went to collect, i waited in my car because i had my pjs on lol so my niece went in, it was very busy and became 15mins past the time we were given to collect, my niece patiently waited and had to listen to the cook order the staff around like slaves in a very rude manner she said the atmosphere was awful and the customers waiting didnt know where to look. My niece politely asked if our order would be long because she noticed what looked like our order being put on top of the ovens.... she was rudely told that it was for delivery but my niece explained it was changed on the phone, the cook refused to give her the order, asked for our address and my niece was so embarrassed!! Luckily my niece gave enough of our details that the cook said fine take it. My niece was very upset when she came out and i wanted to go in but with me being in my pjs and some very hungry children at home i decided to call from home.... My husband rang straight away and the cook was very argumentative and denying what my niece had said! After my husband arguing she apologised, took our address and said she would send some money off vouchers as a good will gesture..... We are still awaiting those vouchers 6weeks on!! Last night we fancied pizza so with the previous issue we thought our address would flag up that we were very unhappy last time and that they would make sure our order went to plan and the food was a good standards again.... How wrong we were!! It was vile, the pizza and donner wrap were overcooked, pizza very dry and tasteless and the chips i wouldnt of even gave to our dogs they were definatley stale chips heated up but we ordered at opening time so it was obvious they were from the day before!! Vile. I wanted to put every detail in this review because im a person that strongly supports local business but regency have had many chances to keep our custom but with horrendous customer service, vile food to huge delivery waiting times it deserved 1 star only!! Only positives are all the delivery drivers and very polite and the prices are fair. No more custom from us im afraid

Shit! Havent had regency in about 2 years until tonight and its still as shit as it was then! kebab meet was like rubber and chips undercooked! You might want to take a ride to bbq kebabs in ripon, they out do regency by a million miles!!

I Always order from.leeming bars Regency & since I've had it from Victoria Been in charge of the store I've not Once had any Problem with food. There cheese burgers were my favourite up until I tasted there Chiken kebabs. These have huge Peaces of Chiken in & Taste unreal!!! Yes the food may be late Some days but only by the odd Five to ten minutes. What is there to expect when the is always traffic on the rd also not to mention the shop is Constantly heaving with orders. As every time we've collected from there the has been loads in there queuing for food plus loads that want it delivered. I'd rather have nice food five minutes later than expected than food what isn't good due to it been rushed... I've got no problems with my Local pizza shop or the people who cook the gorj food.
