I don't come to Subiaco very often, I recently started working here. I was on my lunch break and decided to go around to kill some time. I walk into this cafe and select the Rancid Beef with steamed rice. Honestly, one of the best meals I've ever had. Definitely recommend for everyone else.

Best coffee on Hay street. I have worked on Hay street for two years and tried all of the procurer's of caffeine at one time or another. Repeat Offender is by far the best. I have never had a bad coffee from here (I've probably jinxed it now...). Its a bit of a hike from where I work to this cafe, but I go there almost every day because its worth the walk. The staff are excellent, after only a couple of visits they knew my name and my regular coffee order, so I don't even have ask anymore. I am also addicted to the caramel slice. I've eaten lunch at Repeat Offender a few times, the food is always fresh and tasty. During winter the soup is excellent. Consistently good coffee and food, fast service and super friendly staff. 10/10
