Notre objectif est de normaliser l’utilisation d’énergie renouvelable, la gestion responsable de nos déchets et l’adoption de pratiques éthiques.
À l’exception du sel et de la levure, 100 % des ingrédients qui entrent dans notre cuisine se trouvent à l'intérieur d'un rayon de 150 km de la ville de Québec.
Nous voulons influencer les systèmes alimentaires, vous rapprocher des fermiers locaux et vous raccorder aux aliments d’ici, mais surtout…vous faire à manger.

Loved everything about our experience here! The food and drinks are incredible and they are a model for the industry with the focus on sustainability and use of local ingredients which Chef Tim explains so well. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had an mazing five course meal at Restaurant Alentours, which deservedly just made the list of Canada’s top 10 new restaurants. 5 stars across the board creative, delicious menu with all food from within Canada and nearly all within 150 km of Quebec City. They use all hydroelectric power and no fossil fuels. They only source food from sustainable producers with minimal environmental impact, etc. In short, it’s what all restaurants should be doing. If you’re nearby, and by nearby, I mean within about 12 hours, you have to try it. We drove 6 and a half hours to get here, and Chef Tim Moroney and his team exceeded expectations! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100
