It was, in a word, an amazing evening—everything was spot on! Every course was finger-licking good. The service was perfect: always attentive but never intrusive. The timing between courses was just right—not too slow, not too fast. The amuse-bouches and friandises were incredibly generous.The tour of the wine cellar was a fantastic experience. We had dinner for my partner's birthday, and the restaurant team made everything feel special. The dishes were, of course, served on Delfts Blauw plates, which made these exquisite dishes with Dutch heritage feel complete. I truly felt like I have finally discovered Dutch cuisine, which I have missed in daily life. The restaurant has an impressive wine collection and a very special, cozy bar.
