Had a delicious meal at Chinese-Indian Restaurant "China" in Nijkerk. The old-fashioned "Chinese-Indian" cuisine as we only know it in the Netherlands. Delicious Babi Pangang and Foe Yong Hai and of course the fried rice with egg and slices of ham should not be missed. The interior and the food exudes pure nostalgia. The Lam family has been running this restaurant since 1969 and it seems that time has stood still here and that is completely fine in this case.
