She warned us that we couldn’t have a cake with ice cream, the girl asked if we were allergic, I said no, we just couldn’t have a cold one. They brought the cake from the freezer, ice-cold, in the middle it had not yet thawed while they were carrying it, they put 2 drinks from the establishment on the table - ice water with lemon. I immediately refused, and the tea in the teapot turned out to be barely warm, if not cold. We drank by inertia, I couldn’t even think that this could happen. PREVIOUSLY, THEY BROUGHT US A LITER KETTLE WITHOUT asking (I was also with my grandson, 4 years old), but it was hot. They fucked me once already. The grandson of the region ate the cake and refused. They didn’t say the price when calculating, I’m at home see receipt 760 rub. For what????????? When leaving, I still said that the tea was cold and not the one I wanted, but an ordinary packaged one with the cheapest taste. , and the cake is from the freezer. The guy replied: “Yes, we did it yesterday.” Didn't say it was frozen. I know the taste and quality of frozen cake very well. I loved going here, but now I will never go again. She warned that the child was not allowed to eat. They brought everything ice cold and even cold tea. I still don’t understand what kind of water the tea bag was filled with.?? I decided to celebrate my birthday here. We discussed everything in advance with the administrator Angelina: where and how the tables will be, where there will be a tea table, a photo zone, presenters. We discussed the time that the presenter would be present, so that she would agree with the musicians who perform in the restaurant that the presenter and music would be there until 11. Everything was agreed upon in advance, so that on the holiday I would not have to organize, but could enjoy the moment. And a nice bonus was that they allowed me to bring my own alcohol and gave me a discount for my birthday, because the average bill per person was about 3300. However, another administrator who was working on my birthday had other plans. The administrator did not introduce himself to me, so, unfortunately, I cannot give a name. When I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 to deliver the cake and set up the photo zone, a restaurant employee was sitting at the bar, sipping coffee and having a nice conversation with the administrator. I had to be the first to start the dialogue myself, because they were sitting and looking at me. I'm not a star, don't "jump" in front of me. But there is basic etiquette and chain of command that these two employees are apparently unaware of. When I asked if she was aware of everything regarding the banquet, the administrator said that she was aware of everything and everything was fine. I set up a photo area and gave away the cake. And after I left, all hell broke loose. The administrator wanted to seat my guests (17 people) by the window, where, by agreement, the tea table was supposed to be located, I attach a screenshot of the conversation. I would not have said a word if THIS WAS NOT DISCUSSED IN ADVANCE. And she began to suggest that I put the table where it was supposed to be. I had to explain to her again how everything would be, where the tea table was, where the banquet table was, where the hosts were. This alarmed me, and I asked to send a photo of how the table was finally set and set, this was not done by the administrator. Next, the administrator asked if I would have a presenter and until what time, everything would be fine, BUT THIS POINT WAS ALSO DISCUSSED IN ADVANCE. I had to repeatedly remind and tell her MYSELF, call her myself and write messages about how the event would be organized directly on her birthday. During the banquet itself, the hot food was served late, and then THE TIME WAS AGREED IN ADVANCE, it was agreed in advance that I would take the guests outside for a group photo, and at that moment they would change the dishes and put out the hot food (I ordered it individually and in general). At the end of the banquet, the administrator gave me a receipt for payment without a discount. When I asked why that was, she said that they either have their own alcohol or have a discount. And everything would have been fine if I had been TOLD THIS IN ADVANCE. At the end of the banquet, my guests and I collected food into containers ourselves and cleared the table. I would like to express my gratitude to the kitchen and waiters. Everything I ordered was delicious, everything I asked the waiters to do was fulfilled. Unfortunately, I was unable to leave them a tip because the administrator decided to change the final receipt for my banquet. The guests really enjoyed the food. Thank you very much for this! For me, MY holiday was ruined because I helped your administrator work all day. I really love the Mayak restaurant, its cuisine, location, and interior. However, after such hassle, I will not return to you. An administrator is a skilled manager who coordinates the work of staff. I had to perform this duty on my birthday. And also pay more than what was agreed upon in advance. The holiday is ruined. I hope that you either train this administrator to at least teach that during working hours the staff does not sit at the bar and does not look at the guest who has arrived, introduce themselves and say hello, or find her a worthy replacement.
