I ordered Panang. The waiter brought my food and said. - Here is your chicken in red curry. - But I ordered Panang with chicken... - That's right, the two dishes are just similar. The gravy was thin like soup, tasted neither of coconut nor panang curry and no peanuts in it... I turned to the waiter. She spoke to the chef and said it was a shame it was panang and there were peanuts in it. They were just very small but I could have some more. She brought a small plate with what looked like the dregs in a bag of peanuts. Crumbs and "dust". The chef told me that the sauce was thin because it hadn't been cooked that long and that the taste would also change if it was cooked some more. Most bizarre, I've never heard of that theory. And also believe that he himself knew that it was a lie. He offered to cook the dish a little more. Which I agreed to. The waiter returned with my dish after 3 minutes. The sauce was slightly thicker, still no "whole" peanuts in it. But the miracle had happened because now it suddenly tasted of coconut, but still not of panang curry. - coconut flavor comes from coconut milk, which wasn't in the first time they served it. Really annoying and having to discuss whether it is the right dish they are serving me... And that they subsequently try to convince me that the taste and consistency should change with more cooking... They try to save the dish by adding coconut milk . Instead of admitting they have made a mistake and serving the right dish. NOTE... when we had to pay by credit card, we discovered that they had automatically added 10% on top of the amount of drinks and food on their terminal. And called it a tip... I'm not coming back... Had a strange experience yesterday. We call down and order our food and specifically want to swap out some prawns for chicken on a pad thai, we have done that before and the staff confirm the change. We end up coming home with a shrimp dish instead of chicken anyway, after which we call to point out the mistake, they initially offer a credit for a new pad thai with chicken for the next time, but since we live far away, we come not often. Next, they offer us to pick up a new pad thai with chicken, super nice, so we drive off. On the way there, Ø calls us several times in vain and we get the call back, after which they tell us that we can't get our original dish anyway, as they think pad thai with prawns was our original order, and imply that it is our own fault and that we have ordered incorrectly, as there are no changes on the order. After all, we called and ordered from your employee, and therefore not an online order, and she confirmed the changes. In that case, it cannot be our fault that the wrong key is pressed on the ordering computer. The fault must be found elsewhere and probably with the employee on the phone. In addition, it was as if she had suddenly forgotten everything about our telephone order, even if she could remember it when we picked up the food 10 minutes ago, very strange :). We have no influence on what is pressed on the machine when you order by phone, so in principle the employee can press arbitrarily on the panel, and when you come to pick up your food, you run the risk of leaving with a completely different order. If you then call and point out that you have not received the ordered goods, well then you will be told that it is your own fault. Where is the sense in that? We have eaten here several times before when we are in town and the food is usually good, but this was a strange and very bad experience. Service: 1
