I have eaten here twice so far and in my opinion it is the best restaurant I know! The restaurant has a small and cozy atmosphere, excellent culinary dishes and very guest-oriented service. What gives this restaurant extra credits for me is the option to stay overnight, the philosophy around zero-waste and the exclusive use of local regional products. But for me everything stands or falls with the quality of the taste, atmosphere and value experience. That has been achieved here and is also very affordable. Just had dinner at the Proef Lokaal. The service (especially Bayan) is super friendly and hospitable. It is a beautiful restaurant, very nicely decorated. The flavors of the dishes are not suitable for everyone. All in all we had a very nice evening. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
