I was a guest of this house in December 2022. I had to prematurely cancel my stay! Let me explain the reasons: Upon arrival, flat 202 "Erantis" was not properly prepared. See pictures in the appendix (unrinsed beer glasses, used towel in the bathroom, wrinkled bed, empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom). Unfortunately, there was no staff present who could have been called to account. It was impossible to fall asleep due to the loud exhaust system that was installed directly in the room! I also caught a cold due to the small heating system for the room (blocked by a massive window board) and the spacious bathroom. The crowning glory was when I wanted to get a good night's sleep on Tuesday morning (sick) and was woken up by an incredibly loud alarm. It is an impertinence to carry out a test alarm without prior consultation with their guests! I had no way to turn off the alarm other than opening the speakers and unplugging the COM cable to take a shower in peace and get ready to check out. All these inconveniences lead me to claim back the amount of 481,32€ (for JUST four nights)!!!! Until now "GlamsBjergHus" has not yet responded to my emails or phone calls. Service: 1
