Courageous culinary philosophy for this group of guys who exude passion and professionalism. We obviously let ourselves be carried away by their tasting proposal to fully understand its meaning and it was definitely a more than apt choice. A combination of flavors, colors and sensations that seems to have very little competition with the other locations in Alghero.
