Okay, I know things are slow in the shopping world, but even when I call there’s no one picking up. I emailed their support team, someone did respond and gave me this plain text receipt only showing what I ordered and the address. I have never had any tracking nothing about this order.
Then a random email comes with a list of options. If I received it or cancelled or for question go to the website. There’s no where on the website to pull an order. I’ve been asking for a refund, if I can’t get my money back through the company I will try through my bank as a fraud transaction.
I just want my money back at this point.
I order a shrimp pro 2000 Machine and you guys sent me wrong one been trying reach you through emails and calls for 3 months and I have not heard anything back. This company is fraud !!!!
