I really liked the place, check-in could be faster and more practical, almost 45 minutes to be attended to in an unnecessary queue, other than that everything was very cool, it was a unique experience with my whole family together, the hotel met our expectations very well! We spent 4 days of great joy and harmony, we were 16 family members and we were very well received, especially by the team at (Recreação), the hotel's highlight and strength. As soon as we arrived, a couple of extroverted and very well-trained uncles who They made my children and nephews happy all the time, Uncle Lele was very creative in activities with adult programming, all the time worrying about our stay and with various creative activities! I can't help but thank how important Uncle Lollipop was, caring for our little ones all the time, taking care of the children and having a range full of various random games and always with a beautiful smile on his face, a super professional, my nephews were never one of stay with recreation but I don't know what happened that lollipop won over with his charisma and everyone spent practically the entire stay with him! Without a doubt the best recreation team, I loved it, congratulations I've been traveling in hotels with my family for over 10 years, I've never been as welcomed by my uncles as we were here! Thank you children We'll be back soon ! Wonderful restaurant I loved it New Year's Eve was beautiful Hotel definitely deserves my 10 rating Thankful Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
