Small, cozy, and full of charm. Retro Bar has a warm retro interior and a friendly feel the moment you walk in. The bartender spoke very little English, but we still ordered two cappuccino-style drinks with the help of another patron without any trouble. They came out piping hot and tasted great. He introduced himself in a way done back in the ages, pointed to himself and said his name, we followed suit. We all laughed. When we asked for the check, he glanced at our money, and I handed him 400 lek. He smiled, shook his head, and gave 240 lek back. Two large takeaway coffees for under two dollars.
