Hi Megan, our sincere apologies that you have had a negative experience with our café. We do however, feel your negative review is unjust. We believe the voucher you are referring to is from a 3rd party provider and we have asked on numerous occasions to remove said voucher. We have ensured other customers that we will be more than happy to honour the vouchers even if they say they have expired. We have been closed since March 2020 and struggled to keep ourselves and our team afloat while we wait to gain the ability to return to some sort trading. We understand that your negative review has come from the frustration in not being able to use your voucher but this in no way reflects our business, quality of our food or the staff we employ. Please ensure you contact the provider to ask for a refund.
