Got to respect being able to manage to hold on to a movie theater business through a pandemic. Sometimes the food orders get messed up, and sometimes you watch Morbius. But that's not their fault.

First time visiting, clearly having issues with staffing and seems to have overall dropped the quality of "appearance" from how I've seen it previously (but never ate there before) BUT the food remains great, and the available staff are doing their best.

This place has the worst customer service in the city of Springfield. And I’m not saying this because I’ve had one bad experience, I’ve had multiple. But I still gave them benefit of Doubt. They food is mediocre. The service is absolutely horrible. They literally pick up your calls and hang up. This has happened more then 5 times. Idk why this place even has a phone number , they don’t answer the phone or ignore your call. Edit to respond to the owner’s response: Sean, you suggested I ordered off of your online website: 417riad.com and I did. Upon arrival, the blonde waitress did not inform me my order was correct. I had to check the bag to ensure it was complete and when I did, I found the kids cheese pizza that I ordered for my son was not included. I asked her why it wasn’t and she stated ‘we don’t have cheese pizza’. She didn’t offer a substitution or even a refund. When I asked her how can I get my money back her response was ‘I don’t know’. That’s when I told her, her attitude was poor, in which she told me to leave the restaurant. My wife had to come in to ask how our order was going to be resolved and she took my wife’s number down and said she would have Sean (the owner) contact her. In no way did ordering online make my experience easier and this is absolutely ridiculous service. I would like a full refund for my order.

We didn't have pizza. You recieved everything else. I don't think a full refund is fair. We did refund the 4.99 for the kids cheese pizza.
