What stood out was the bad customer service. It started ok enough. We were led to the table, and the previous dishes were taken out. We waited, thinking the same server would be back to clear up and hand us a menu. It turns out, he was busy stacking glasses at the side. We had to call another server to wipe down the table and give us a menu. This was not a busy Saturday night, mind you. The servers were chatting at the side. The food was served. We then ordered dessert, which never came. So we asked if that had been ordered back to the kitchen; if not, we'll cancel the order and just get our bill. The bill that came to us took some time, and was not the dinner we ordered.
It's the little things that tell you that this resto isn't up to snuff.
There are a lot of good food options, with better service and staff that pay more attention to details. Ribs & Bibs is not one of those places.
UPDATE: So we came back the next day to give feedback and ask what the correct tab should be. Points for management for owning that there was a situation, and in asking what they can do to address the incorrect tab.
