Ordered a beef curry, ended up receiving what looked like a plate of poo. We also ordered house loaded fries for the table which were shockingly sad to look at. There were barely any toppings, seems a bit stingy for a dish that costs £10. If you compare the images on the menu vs. what we had ordered, you can see that they are VASTLY different. My friend ordered the veggie ramen, noodles were overcooked and mushy, and she ended up feeling unwell for the rest of the day. We also ordered a spicy tuna roll, however we never received it but were still charged on the bill. Luckily the server was kind enough to remove it and was deeply apologetic for the mistake. Overall, the food was mediocre and quite tasteless. You can find better tasting food in the trafford centre within this price range. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It wasn't busy! I should have take this as a sign and not going there! I've made a big mistake! Someone (a chef I believe) took our order. I precisely ordered drinks (mocktails, a pepsi max), and kindly requested some tap water, just to give the context Trafford Centre was crowded so I was super thirsty and hungry. While we were waiting, and after a good 10 minutes the same person come back and asked if we wanted entries and mains at the same time? For which I responded (as the table was small) that they can bring the entries and then the mains, then we got the main first then the rest but still no drinks! I was confused! But it wasn't a big deal then after 30 minutes later still no drinks, no water, nothing... recalled the first person on the drinks! He said yes and disappear. Then we both tried to get the servers attention for drinks but he didn't care at all.. He will look at your eyes seeing you call him and he will totally ignore you and turn his head and continued talked to his collegues. You can just suffucate and being in crisis but they absolutely don't care. We were completely ignored. We ordered steak fries and chicken fries so you can imagine at some point we need at least our paid drinks. But they were absolutely fine looking at you litteraly stop eating and cough!! It was horible! I had to get out of my table and had to go in front of the server who was 2 meter away from me to claim my drinks! And after a good 35-40 mins a second servers brought our drinks (only the paid ones) and my couz asked about the tap water to this 2nd server, I had to stop her immediately and kindly address the 2nd server to not to be botheres by this because at some point I will be obliged to chase this at least for 5 times, so no! I don't want to any more frustration! Then the first person who took the initial order and ignores my request twice, asked if everything was fine, I straightaway responded that I was unhappy as I had to ask 3 times for my drinks. I ended up getting migraine and they spoiled my whole day! Why it takes them to 40 minutes to bring my drinks? Matter fact, I was watching other people who came after me getting tap water and their drinks first! I am so confused! Was it discrimination? Is not fundamental to serve at least some water when it is requested? You only gave dry fried food without even the paid drinks!?? Why? Then I went to pay at the till and the same first person said they didn't charge me service fee because I had to ask for the drinks 3 times! He talked like he was doing a favor to me! Can anyone let him know that service fee are optional!!!! You didn't do any favour to me!!! Worst experience ever which ended by ruining my whole day!!! Food was average!!! Just triggered my migraine and nothing else!!!! Last thing I paid 30+ per person for horific service! They serve better chicken at Nandos for 1/3 of their price! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40

We had a lovely evening today at Nichi. The seating, environment and the entire staff was so sweet throughout. Amazing hospitality and I truly recommend it to have the best time. The food was too good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
