The Russian bath has such a pine aroma that you want to breathe and breathe. There are several saunas and hammams - on two floors, it’s very cool, convenient, the relaxation areas in the spa are comfortable. The rooms have excellent mattresses on the beds. I want to lie down and not get up, but how can I not get up if there is such a restaurant, such a spa and such Krasnodar! By the way, you can eat in your room - everything will be brought to you, the service is excellent. But we preferred to go to a restaurant And most importantly - the staff. Excellent location of the Hotel. You can walk to Krasnaya Street in about 30 minutes. The Hotel is clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed. The room has all the necessary mini-cosmetics which were updated daily. Very good selection of breakfast items. Everything in the restaurants is also very tasty. We spent 2 days in room 1107. From September 1 to September 3, 2023. 1. It all started with the fact that there was no space for a car in the parking lot. We had to park anywhere, across the street, in a crooked parking lot, and carry our bags to the hotel. 2. The location of the cold air supply blinds was absolutely thoughtless - right above the bed, was it really possible that in such a huge room there was nowhere to direct the flow of cold air except onto the bed for sleeping??? It was impossible to turn it off, since the room was large and it was hot. And it was impossible to sleep - the air was blowing straight into my back and head. 3. terribly small bathroom for such a large room. The bathroom cannot accommodate more than one person. It’s not clear why the bidet is there at all, since access to it is blocked by the sink. 4 . The TV is small, again for such a large room, the text on the screen is impossible to read due to the large distance between the bed and the TV. Moreover, it hangs in the corner of the room, and not opposite the bed - which is very inconvenient (there is a mirror in the center, which would logically be hung in the corner instead of a TV) 5. The landline telephone did not work. Extremely inconvenient. It is impossible to call either the reception or the restaurant. For this reason, on Sunday we went up to the 13th floor to the restaurant, ordered breakfast from the restaurant to our room, waited 40 minutes and left hungry, since no one brought the order. 6. Additionally, on Saturday from 11 to 12, someone was hammering something, either in the corridor, or on the next floor. The conclusion is this: just as we went to Hilton and Marriott, we will continue to go. I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone. Terrible. The rooms are clean, the location is good.
