Food was really nice and service also super, until the last morning. I stayed for a week and on the last morning they charged me the price of the whole breakfast for one coffee. So after eating and drinking here every day for a week, they charged 16,90€ for one cappuccino as a goodbye present.

Dear Mirva Selander, thank you for your feedback and for staying with us for a whole week. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our food and service during most of your stay.We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused on your final morning. It seems there was an unfortunate misunderstanding at check-out regarding the breakfast package versus individual beverage orders. Please contact us directly at office@ringrast.at so we can look into your bill and make things right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.Best regards, your Ringrast-Team
