Worst Sportsbook I have ever dealt with. Withdrawing funds is an absolute joke that involves third parties they deflect to, and prepaid discover cards and tons of steps that no other Sportsbook does. I will never use this sportsbook and would never recommend it to anyone.

Don't use this book, on the $500 free bet, they limit the max odds to 3:1, then they put a max bet of $250 on NFL underdog that was 2:1, meaning I couldn't use the $500 freebet unless it was -110 or less bet. There is no reason to use this garbage book.

I have found the support staff and the Elite sportsbook staff at the Riverside casino friendly... Everything's good for live in person bets.... The online app is horrendous.!!! If it's not one thing it's something else crazy I gave up on this app.
