Outstanding Experience at LANO – The Ritz-Carlton Toronto We had an absolutely wonderful experience at LANO, and a huge part of that was thanks to Harsh and Sabrina. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Harsh was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail of our dining experience was perfect. Sabrina was equally amazing—friendly, courteous, and always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. Their teamwork was seamless, and they truly embodied the world-class service that The Ritz-Carlton is known for. The food, atmosphere, and service were all outstanding, but Harsh and Sabrina’s genuine care and dedication made our visit especially memorable. They turned a great meal into an exceptional experience. Thank you, Harsh and Sabrina, for your kindness and outstanding service. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing you again. The décor is delightfully hip, the staff warm and welcoming, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of water arriving in crystal glasses. While it’s certainly not cheap—($8.00 cappuccino and $13.00 for an organic kombucha drink) and not quite as grand as the photographs might lead you to believe—it has a great vibe. Between the lovely atmosphere excellent drinks, and great service we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
