We went to Riva Blues for Easter lunch. Excellent food, professional service and excellent value for money. We really appreciated the courtesy and attention to the children; available with my dog who had a nice bowl of fresh water and lots of caresses. We will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely yes, spaces available to them Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, ramp to access the rooms and no architectural barriers. We stayed on Sunday, booking made the previous Friday. 6 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately there have been numerous disservices. Starting from the children's order, we asked for 3 mezze sleeves with oil and parmesan. The trofie arrived without oil or parmesan and when I tasted them they were also not cooked properly. We ask for oil and parmesan, and after two reminders, only the latter arrives after half an hour. The oil never arrived. Unfortunately, on the plate of one of the three children we found pieces of other food... as if the pasta had been previously seasoned and then rinsed... I hope I'm wrong even if this is the impression it gave everyone and obviously that dish isn't ate. The wine also arrives. The bottle costing around €20 (I don't remember exactly) arrives already opened. The starters arrive with a second course as we requested and unfortunately here are other problems. The seafood appetizers obviously had fish that was not fresh and was very unpleasant to eat. The second one was not what we ordered. We had asked for a steak with rosemary and the meat with peppers and wild herbs arrived. The next courses arrive: 4 first courses and a second course. For the pasta with lobster we ask for pliers to break the claws and we are brought a nutcracker with a rusty bolt. The seafood pasta carbonara was found to be inedible due to its unpleasant flavor and the amount of salt. All this was pointed out when paying. We had chosen this restaurant due to the positive reviews but unfortunately, at least for us, it turned out to be rather disappointing, a shame.
