Roam is by far the most fun bar in Ballard and honestly, in probably all of Seattle. The owners and bartenders are so fun and welcoming and skilled at what they do, it makes you wanna come back every day. They have everything you could want in a bar - if you want dancing and good music? Roam. If you want a good cocktail and a couch to sit on with a date? Roam. If you want to play cornhole in the sun with the boys and drink beers? Roam. If you wanna throw some ones and fall in love with a stripper at 2am upstairs? Roam. If you wanna try out your dj skills at an open deck night? Roam. Wanna bring your coworker to a happy hour bar with bar games and pop-a-shot? Roam. Wanna throw a reality tv watch party for the girlies complete with themed drinks and decorations all around the bar? Roam. Hi Ryan! Thanks so much for stopping in. Apologies the games weren't out and available. Corn hole was definitely an option. Please always feel free to ask us to get it out if you come back and hang out with us. Pool on the other hand can be hit or miss. We have a small space, and it sometimes gets tucked away for some events we put on. Hopefully everything back and available when we see you again.

Music was stellar on the night I went, and people seemed very friendly, yet crafted drinks were lackluster and very literally all ice from top to bottom. Asked for less ice and got very quite literally all ice again. The ice was packed in like Legos stacked together. That was super disappointing. Tipped over 20% and was very polite, so I'm not sure what I did wrong as other reviews show much better pictures. Never had this happen to me before anywhere. Atmosphere: 5

Very sorry to hear after requesting less ice, that it didn't get better for you. That is for sure, our bad.
