Este restaurante es una elección muy buena si lo que te apetece es cocina japonesa. Merece la pena venir a Robata Riyadh solo por sus singulares ensaladas de champiñones, sus perfectamente elaboradas setas y su tierno filete de lomo. De acuerdo con las opiniones de los clientes, aquí sus camareros te sirven un bien preparado helado y unos sabrosos rollos de canela.
La atmósfera cálida de este lugar consigue que sus visitantes se sientan relajados y disfruten de un rato agradable. Muchos comensales afirman que el personal es competente. Descansar y comer aquí es siempre un placer, principalmente por su cuidado servicio. Según el punto de vista de los usuarios, sus precios son asequibles. Fue una experiencia increíble, de un primer momento te sientes en un ambiente japonés, la decoración es hermosa y la música acompaña bien el ambiente. La recepcionista YongPon (perdón si está mal escrito) Nos recibió con una sonrisa, los camareros Narendra y Mouran muy atentos siempre y súper amables. Las entradas deliciosas, súper recomendables las Gyozas, el sushi fue fantástico, tiene la textura, tamaño, delicadeza y sabores justos. Los beef ribs exquisitos. Si hablamos de los Mocktails tienen una presentación increíble, Robata y Mika fueron justos para la cena. Gracias a Ramiro y a Clinton que se acercaron a preguntar si nuestros Mocktails estaban bien. A wonderful place with an amazing team. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thanks to Samser, who provided outstanding service and made our visit even more enjoyable with his kindness and professionalism. Robata Riyadh continues to prove why it stands among the top Japanese dining destinations in the city. We started with the Spicy Edamame, classic and well executed. The Dumpling Miso Soup was excellent, and the sesame dipping sauce elevated the dumplings beautifully, adding depth and warmth to the dish. The New Style Tuna Sashimi had a delicate sweet and savory balance that worked very well. The Tuna Tostada was impressive both visually and in flavor, light, clean, and thoughtfully composed. The Marinated Najil Ceviche was refreshing and vibrant. The standout of the evening was the New Style Nigiri Selection, specifically the Najil piece. Perfect balance, fresh fish, and well seasoned rice. Easily my favorite dish of the night. The Wagyu Gyoza was another highlight. The presentation alone sets expectations high, and the taste delivers. Crisp texture, rich filling, and balanced sauce. The Mushroom Takikomi rice was creamy, flavorful, and comforting, a classic done right. Service was slow paced, possibly intentional, which may suit those looking for a relaxed dining experience. However, the waiter and staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely pleasant throughout the evening. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and adds significantly to the overall ambiance. Robata is on the higher price side, but the quality, consistency, and execution justify it. A well rounded, high quality Japanese dining experience in Riyadh. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
