We usually receive good service here, but yesterday was very disappointing. On July 3, 2026, we arrived around 6:00 PM, and by 6:45 PM the two employees were already turning off the lights. I have photos showing what happened. We know the place closes at 8:00 PM, but it looked like they had plans and simply wanted to go home early. Customers should still receive proper service during business hours.

I used to love bringing my child here, but it has become a major disappointment over the past year. The play structure seems neglected and unsafe, and the arcade is a letdown with only 2 working games out of 8. I hope management steps up to clean, repair, and restore this community space, but until then, it’s not worth the time or money.

We just wrapped up the Easter egg hunt at Rochester Play, and it was such a hit! The event was seamlessly organized, and the staff did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure the kids had a blast. What we loved: • Clean & Safe: The facility was very clean, which is always a top priority for us. • Dance Party Fun: The kids had the best time at the dance party—it really added an extra level of excitement to the morning. • Friendly Staff: Everyone working was so welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. • Great Layout: I love that you can see almost the entire playscape from the seating area while the kids burn off their energy! If you’re looking for a well-run local event or just a clean place for the kids to run around, I highly recommend checking them out! Also cookies are great!
