Rocks Kitchen absolutely crushes it every single time. The smoothies are made with REAL frozen fruit — not syrupy junk — and you can actually taste the difference. Everything on the menu is fresh, delicious, filling, and somehow still affordable. It’s one of the few places you can grab food that’s healthy AND actually tastes amazing. Whether you’re stopping in for a smoothie, bowl, wrap, or just trying to eat a little better without spending a fortune, Rocks Kitchen never misses. The quality is always consistent and the staff treats you like family. Also, we can’t hold it against the owner for being a Saints fan nobody’s perfect. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I drive from NH just to eat here. The team here goes above and beyond. When they know I am coming it feels like they roll out the red carpet. The music the vibe and all. I love the zucchini boats. They are delicious. I leave with at least 5 chicken crust pizzas to bring back to the family. It’s worth the 5 hour drive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
