VERY RUDE STAFF If you want to change your order, this lady will not be nice about it. Called to place an order. I wanted a sausage & pepperoni pizza. My apologies I forgot to say pepperoni, I called to place the order (only said sausage) but I called back right away within 3 minutes and asked to change my order to the pepperoni and sausage pizza. Lady over the phone said in a very rude tone “we already put in the oven, but sure I guess we can remake it, what did you want now”. Whoever was answering phone calls on May 5th from 11-12 pm Please work on your customer service skills.. Maybe one could understand your frustration if I had waited to get there in person to change my order but I didn’t, I called back right away. After I told her I just wanted the same pizza, just add pepperoni, she responded “Okay we already had the other one in the oven, but I guess we’ll re do it” I responded with “Thank you” And she hung up, not very friendly. You could clearly hear the annoyance in her voice. Being a former Rocky Rococo employee, I know this employee chose to act rude. Will not be going here again. Her tone was such a turnoff. Maybe management can train the employees better or perhaps their staff could find a different job. We get there, and the lady on the phone had said “we already put in the oven”, yet when we arrive in person, her demeanor is completely different. She told us “we were able to make it, I told them to stop and fix it before they put it in the oven” Well I hope so, $30 for pizza, & this lady lied to us over the phone saying it was already in the oven. Yet said something different in person, meaning she made the decision to be difficult over the phone, when it’s your job to accommodate the customers. I would of not bought the pizza, but my nephew is having brain cancer surgery & his favorite pizza is from Rocky Rococo.. but please take the time to go any other location, if you don’t want your appetite spoiled like this ladies attitude. I've been peeing out of the wrong hole for half an hour now, and my legs are going numb. Definitely food poisoning going on here. I'm writing this review with my last breaths to hopefully warn others of this place. The worst part of it all is that the pizza and bread sticks were absolutely awful too. The last time I was here was 20 years ago and I loved it then so I figured I'd go back. Needless to say it's going to be 20 more years minimum until next time if somehow I survive the night. Food: 1
