Place is super cool & beautiful even after the devastating flood of July 2025. The Lazy Days Canteen host some cool shows including the Relief events with live musicians & family fun. The view at night is amazing and the Hill Country vibes are one of a kind! The Roddy Tree Ranch made our first trip to the Hill Country Texas a special experience. Service: 5

Our family has been going to Roddy Tree for years and stayed in the Green Gables house. The House needs so many repairs. Roof leaks and is separating, flooring is separating all over the place, the deck that's 15 feet or more off the ground is rotting and not safe, chairs on said deck are falling apart. We actually had to go to the hardware store 2 years ago to get bolts to fix a day bed so it could be used. The grounds aren't kept up much at all, and many areas that could be utilized are too overgrown to even use.
