We booked a King room. Were told @ check in, that all they had was a 2 x double bed room... disappointing when you specifically book something... only perk was that it was an end unit... the balcony view was of their docks, which worked great for us since our fishing charter guy picked us up & dropped us off right there... Rooms were clean. Shower water was decently hot... shitty water pressure tho. Location was decent. Close to Walmart, about a 5 min drive to town center. Dunno if I would stay here again... feel like there were better options for same price...

Location is great away from the waves of tourists. Front desk service was nice and very helpful! No complaints! The room service was not so good. They only emptied trash and swapped out towels. Except for 1 day Beds weren’t made nor were the sheets changed. No vacuuming either. What you will hear all day starting early morning are planes taking off frequently, if you’re there in the summer the rooms get hot very quick so you have to sleep with the windows open. Also, unfortunately their kitchen was closed due to no chef and they didn’t want to replace them with the summer season almost over. Was looking forward to the convenience of eating there, especially because most places close so early in Ketchikan . Service: 3
