Hello, we have check with our maintenance man , the wall paper wasn't pilled off , your driver piled off for post online photo's so we have to charge 50 dollars for damage and damage reputation, thank you rodeway inn findlay ohio.

If my driver felt that his post should be negative, that was his right to voice it. I feel they tried to charge us to punish us for the review. I found their behavior absurd and unprofessional. I felt harassed as a customer and would avoid this hotel for any future drivers of mine in a need of a place to stay in Findlay area. They did reimburse the 50 dollars charge, but I had to go through the length of mentioning Choice hotels group involvement.
