We arrived there at 10:30 pm and the employee who was there was very nice but didn’t know how to use the system so it took 15 min to finally get the room. Once we when inside the bedroom, we noticed the bedsheets where dirty and the bathroom was dirty too especially the bathtub. We call to the office and they told us if we leave the room before 30 min after check-in we will receive a FULL REFUND. Surprise! They didn’t. SO PLEASE DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! The bathtub was filthy, the bedsheets were dirty. They lied to us! We were charged even without staying.
