HORRIBLE SERVICE. never going back. food wasn't good and they didn't know how to make a mule lol. friend asked for no tomato due to allergy they brought out the sandwich with tomato and literally grabbed it off with their bare hand. nightmare. i tipped 8 on a 25 tab after all that and the waitress added another dollar to the tab??? very odd atmosphere

The menu is not what is advertised online. The venue is not as nice as advertised. The chicken sandwich was so dry. Our server was nice but clearly too busy to keep up with things.

My wife and I celebrated our 24th anniversary at View 162 last night.The food was wonderful and the service was even better!However, we did feel extremely bad for the wonderful woman who took care of us, Teresea.She tended to our every need with a smile, from taking our reservation through giving us our check...I only mention her by name because we quickly realized that she was alone. She was the hostess, bartender, server, and was even busing tables and sorting the dirty dishes in the back!We realize that the restaurant had just opened from the Covid-19 shutdown the night before, but you would think that a hotel chain of this size would have been a little more prepared to open. It’s always easier to send someone home if you don’t need them than to not have enough.Even though this wonderful lady Teresea was alone, she did everything she could to make sure that our first evening out since March was a great one, you would never had known that she was alone, & for that reason alone she and View 162 should get 5 stars (4.9 of them are for Teresea!)So if you’re looking to have a great evening, great food and service with a terrific view we highly recommend View 162 Rooftop Restaurant!
