Have been here several times in the past and thought it was time for a review. Server was slow in getting to us and only because I caught her eye when she was done taking an order from a customer who arrived ten minutes after we were seated. I ordered sausage with my breakfast and I got bacon - OK, it comes from a pig and it's fried, I'll go with bacon since I don't know what I'd get if I sent it back. Less than five minutes after we got our food, she gave us the bill, and didn't ask if there was anything else we'd like to have. OK, so I put some money in the folder and placed it near the edge of the table and she came by to pick it up. That was the last I saw of the bill, the folder and my money - no change back and no receipt. When we finished, we left. We've had problems ordering in the past - no pancakes that should have come with the breakfast (I guess they thought I didn't need them), extremely lengthy wait times, and inconsistent service regardless of how many people are in the restaurant. Food is not bad, but service is poor... odds are that it will be "not good." Thinking about another place for breakfasts.
NEGATIVE...where do I begin. Service was AWFUL, and food was just as BAD...
Visited Heights Cafe on 19 June 2015, at 9:50am. We sat down and it was 15 minutes until someone came up to take our order. The place was NOT packed. After ordering breakfast, it then took another 35 minutes before we were served. Eggs were way over cooked (ordered over easy and got hard) and the fried breakfast potatoes were burnt and tasted like cinnamon (because I'm sure they fried them where they had just prepared our friends French toast...).
Canned peaches and boxed pancake mix. Tried for the first time this past weekend and I must say their was nothing about my breakfast that was good. When I inquired about "real" maple syrup I was told that it is not possible they have the fake stuff. My pancakes were flat and tasted just like Bisquick or some other boxed mix and the peaches were canned. The tea is cheap bagged Lipton. All I can say is no thanks!!!

Will never, never, never go back.
