Un gran número de clientes consideran que el servicio es normal. Podemos recomendar este establecimiento por sus precios interesantes. Curiosos que han acudido a Room Service Jackson aseguran que la atmósfera es aburrida. La mayoría de los asiduos que usan Google no le otorgaron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! Rude as hell and will NOT correct THEIR screw ups! Either Haze is SLACKING or he is steadfast on hiring INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! Would not remake an order that THEY screwed up and I CANT EAT because it’s processed meat. I ordered the Madison. They sent something else! Your office manager is a DISGRACE to the hospitality service and there isn’t ANY type of service coming out of that place. Shame on yall for hiring bottom rung ppl in an industry that is SUPPOSED TO HAVE HIGH STANDARDS! You have my money and I don’t have my CORRECT SALAD! I even offered to come PICK IT UP! I was put off years ago because their owner will literally curse you out when they're messing up your order. I decided to go in today and pick up my order while I was there three or four people walk in and the cashier verified it. People were walking in back to back to back food wrong. Things forgotten off their order. And I have only ever eaten the Congress from room service. No other sandwich. Have I ever tasted? I'm sorry I know what pork tenderloin looks like. This is turkey meat and what I don't understand is when you messing up my order I just paid you almost $40 for a salad and a sandwich. I wanted to be right. You going to come back and argue with me and tell me that this is not turkey well he said he fixing himself. I don't care it's Santa Claus fixed it. This is turkey meat. You said yourself I'm sick of them messing up people's order. This the fifth one today. Four of them came in while I was standing there and then you got a nerve to have a attitude. I don't get it. What's wrong with us? You arguing about somebody else with stuff. I'm spending my money and I'm still in the parking lot giving my review. I stopped eating there years ago because my order was messed up and the owner refused to swap it out and or give me my money back and hung up the phone in my face. But it's all good because without a customer you have no business. Remember that! If I could I would write a mini novel. I had a delivery order for multiple items. When I tell you everything was on point.. #PRICELESS. Every item was correct even with extra add on items. My order came EXACTLY AS SCHEDULED. The food was so delicious and very eye catching. I will always recommend this establishment. I wish I could have had pictures of all the ordered items but TRUST MY WORDS WHEN I SAY. A service I wish I could give 10 stars I would. So if you have an engagement, business meetings whatever you will not be disappointed if you order from ROOM SERVICE JACKSON.️ Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
